We are a company of bakers. Since 1997, we have been making bread and morning breads pastries for the tables of montreal, our namesake brasserie in montreal, which opened that year. Since 2000, when we moved to our current home in canada, we have also delivered our products every night to discerning restaurants, cafes, and shops throughout the canada metropolitan area. Our product range and our distribution have grown, but our commitment to fine craftsmanship is the same as it was the day we pulled our first loaves from the oven.
